Steamed green fish

    x 175 g kingklip fillets
  • 4
    large squares of banana leaves
  • 0.50
    lemon grass stalk, chopped finely
  • 2
    spring onions, chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1
    lemon, sliced
  • 45
    lime juice
  • 250
    chopped coriander leaves
  • 4
    green chillies, chopped


15 minutes
Place a piece of fish in the middle of each banana leaf.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and spoon some mixture over each piece of fish.
Fold the banana leaf over and secure with a toothpick.
Pop into a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
Serve with fresh peas.
