Fry bacon until crisp.
Add garlic cloves and pine kernels and fry until the kernels are golden brown.
Add butter and spinach.
Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until the leaves are wilted, but still bright green.
Serve on cooked butter pasta ribbons with Parmesan cheese shavings and olive oil.
Tip: To make buttered pasta ribbons, mix the pasta gently with a few tablespoons of melted butter and serve immediately.
