Ingredients (11)

10.00 ml cinnamon — ground
5.00 ml coriander — ground
5.00 ml cayenne pepper
15.00 ml caraway seeds
50.00 ml oil
10.00 ml sesame seeds
30.00 ml butter
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
3.00 cm fresh ginger — grated
650.00 g potatoes — boiled till soft
salt — pinch

Method:

Stir-fry the cinnamon, coriander, cayenne pepper, caraway and sesame seeds for a few minutes in heated oil. Add the butter, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for another few minutes.
Cut the potatoes into pieces and add to the seasoning. Stir and heat until the potatoes are heated through and well blended with the spices.
Season with salt.
Serves 4.
