Spaghetti with vegetarian sauce

  • 250
    g
    spaghetti
  • salt and coarsely ground black pepper
  • 400
    g
    pasta sauce with mushrooms
  • 420
    g
    butter beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15
    ml
    coarsely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3
    rounds feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
  • coarsely ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet, drain and season. Meanwhile, heat the pasta sauce, beans and parsley. Divide the spaghetti between 4 pasta bowls and spoon the hot sauce on top. Sprinkle generously with feta cheese, season with black pepper and serve immediately. Makes 4 fairly small portions.
