    g
    smoked snoek, deboned and flaked
  • 250
    ml
    natural yoghurt
  • 50
    ml
    fruit chutney
  • 5
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 15
    ml
    spring onions, chopped
  • 1
    ml
    Tabasco sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
 

Method

 
Combine snoek, yoghurt and fruit chutney in a bowl. Stir in the lemon juice, chopped spring onions, Tabasco sauce and season to taste. Transfer to a pretty bowl and chill for about 30 minutes. Serve with toast or savoury biscuits. Makes 500 ml.
