Ingredients (8)

250.00 g snoek — smoked, deboned and flaked
250.00 ml yoghurt — natural
50.00 ml chutney — fruit
5.00 ml lemon juice
15.00 ml spring onion — chopped
1.00 ml Tabasco sauce
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Combine snoek, yoghurt and fruit chutney in a bowl.
Stir in the lemon juice, chopped spring onions, Tabasco sauce and season to taste.
Transfer to a pretty bowl and chill for about 30 minutes.
Serve with toast or savoury biscuits.
Makes 500 ml.
