  • 250
    g
    smoked snoek
  • 125
    ml
    Baines Prickly Pear Liqueur
  • 60
    g
    soft butter
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Blend ingredients, except seasoning, in a food processor to form a smooth paste. Add a little salt, if necessary, and black pepper to taste.
Pack into small individual dishes and chill the paté until ready to serve.
