Marinate the beef strips with the Knorr Smoky Barbecue Marinade according to packet instructions.
In a wok, heat the sesame oil and brown the sliced onion.
Add the beef strips and allow to braise for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add the mixed vegetables and sliced peppers and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Measure couscous in a mug.
Then using the same mug as a measurement, pour 1.5 cup of water into a pot. Allow to boil.
Add 1 beef stock cube.
When water starts to boil, pour couscous in, stir and remove from heat immediately.
Cover and fluff once the water has been reduced.
