Smoked salmon and ginger lettuce cups

Ingredients

  • 8
    iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 200
    g
    smoked salmon, cut into ribbons
  • 4
    Tbs
    pickled ginger
  • 0.50
    cucumber, shredded
  • 1
    Tbs
    sesame oil
  • 2
    limes
    juice of 2 limes
  • 4
    Tbs
    soya sauce
  • 1
    Tbs
    tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
 

Method

 
Divide the salmon, ginger and cucumber between the lettuce shells.

Mix together the oil, lime juice and soya sauce.

Just before serving, drizzle the sauce over the lettuce cups and sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
