Smoked paprika roast almonds

  • 250
    g
    whole, blanched almonds
  • 5
    ml
    olive oil
  • 5
    ml
    sweet, smoked Spanish paprika
  • 7
    ml
    sea salt
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 150°C and place almonds on a baking tray. Roast for about 25 minutes, or until golden. Toss in olive oil, smoked Spanish paprika and sea salt. Return to the oven for a few minutes, and cool before serving.
