    strooisuiker
  • 150
    g
    sjokoladesplinters
  • 5
    ml
    vanieljegeursel
  • 100
    g
    pekanneute, gekap
 

Method

 
Voorverhit oond tot 200 °C.
Spuit bakplate met 'n kleefwerende sproei.
Klop eierwitte tot sagtepuntstadium en voeg suiker dan geleidelik by terwyl dit verder geklop word tot styf en blink.
Vou sjokoladesplinters, vanieljegeursel en neute in.
Skep teelepelsvol van die mengsel op bakplate en plaas in die oond.
Skakel oond af sodra dit binne-in geplaas is en moenie oond oopmaak nie.
Laat oornag in oond afkoel, verpak in glashouer en bind 'n strik om.
