    ml
    dried beans
  • 1
    kg
    maize meal
  • 10
    ml
    salt
 

Method

 
Soak beans overnight in cold water. Drain beans, cover with fresh water and cook in a large saucepan until soft. Add maize meal and salt, stir thoroughly to mix and cook for a further 30 minutes.
