Ingredients (14)

1.00 onion — finely chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
0.00 oil — or butter for frying
100.00 g shrimps — (shelled)
100.00 g fish — firm white fillets, cubed
2.00 crab sticks
30.00 ml flour — cake
180.00 ml milk
60.00 ml cream
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
0.00 lemon juice — fresh
8.00 pancakes
120.00 ml butter — garlic, melted
0.00 lemon — wedges for serving

Method:

Sauté the onion and garlic slowly in a mixture of butter and oil until translucent.
Add the seafood and fry until just done.
Sprinkle with the cake flour, stir through and add the milk and cream.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Simmer until thickened, stirring continuously.
Season with lemon juice.
Spoon a little of the filling onto each pancake, fold and pour over 15 ml melted garlic butter.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
