Scrambled eggs with crackling

  • 6
    eggs
  • 50
    ml
    water
  • 45
    ml
    crackling
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter for cooking
 

Method

 
Beat the eggs well and add the water and crackling. Season to taste with salt and pepper and beat again. Heat a little butter in a pan and cook the eggs until just done, stirring continuously. Serves 4.
