Ingredients (8)

4.00 bread — white slices, toasted
30.00 ml butter
4.00 eggs
4.00 smoked salmon — ribbons
15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
10.00 ml lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
4.00 fresh dill — sprigs

Method:

Spread slightly cooled toast evenly with butter.
Place spoonfuls of egg (lightly scrambled in 15 ml (1 tbsp) butter) on top and cover with cornets of smoked salmon.
Sprinkle olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper over and top with dill sprigs.
