Savoury tart

    shortcrust pastry
  • 60
    g
    grated uncoloured cheese
  • 12
    slices salami, quartered
  • 20
    ml
    chopped chives
  • 12
    olives, pipped and quartered
  • 1
    large red pepper, julienned
  • 30
    ml
    cornflour
  • 350
    ml
    milk
  • 4
    large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 250
    ml
    grated uncoloured cheese
 

Method

25 minutes
 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Roll out the pastry and sprinkle with 60 g cheese. Roll it in. Line a pie dish with the pastry. Arrange the salami, chives, olives and red pepper in the shell. Combine the cornflour and milk, adding the eggs and cheese. Pour into the pastry shell. Bake in preheated oven until the pastry is golden and filling has set. Serve hot.
