Savoury curry biscuits

    g
    butter
  • 60
    g
    cream cheese
  • 30
    ml
    milk
  • 250
    ml
    self-raising flour
  • 5
    ml
    curry powder
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 60
    g
    grated mature Cheddar
 

Method

15 minutes
 
Beat butter, cream cheese and milk together. Stir in flour, curry powder and salt. Knead until smooth and roll out onto a lightly floured surface. Use cookie cutters to cut out round shapes and place onto greased baking trays. Brush surface of cookies with a little extra milk and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated 180 °C oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
