    cake flour
  • 5
    ml
    baking powder
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 125
    g
    butter
  • 30
    ml
    grated Parmesan
  • 125
    g
    grated Cheddar
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
 

Method

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and rub in the butter and cheeses. Add lemon juice to form a soft dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden. Makes ±60 biscuits Oven temperature: 180 ºC Baking time: 15 minutes
