Ingredients (5)

2.00 eggs — large
15.00 ml milk — or water
15.00 ml butter
50.00 g sausages — sliced
15.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped

Method:

Beat eggs and milk or water with salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste. Heat butter in an omelette pan until hot.
Pour in egg mixture and cook for 2 minutes until most of the liquid egg has settled. Sprinkle the sausage slices and the parsley on to the egg and cook for 4-5 minutes until the surface has just set. Fold omelette in half and serve immediately on a warm plate. Serves 1.
