Sausage omelette

    large eggs
  • 15
    ml
    milk or water
  • 15
    ml
    butter
  • 50
    g
    thinly sliced sausages
  • 15
    ml
    freshly chopped parsley
 

Method

6-8 min
 
Beat eggs and milk or water with salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste. Heat butter in an omelette pan until hot. Pour in egg mixture and cook for 2 minutes until most of the liquid egg has settled. Sprinkle the sausage slices and the parsley on to the egg and cook for 4-5 minutes until the surface has just set. Fold omelette in half and serve immediately on a warm plate. Serves 1.
