Saucy pork bangers

  • 1
    large onion- chopped
  • 2
    cloves of garlic- crushed
  • olive oil
  • 1/2
    cup
    stock
  • 2
    Tbs
    vinegar
  • 1/2
    cup
    brown sugar
  • 1
    tsp
    Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2
    cup
    Worcester sauce
  • 1
    cup
    Tomato sauce
  • 1
    cup
    chutney
  • 2
    large tomatoes- diced
  • 1
    packet of pork sausages
 

Method

Brown the sausages and place in an ovenproof dish with a lid.

Fry the onion until soft, add all the other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour sauce over the sausages and bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes.

If you are making the sauce by itself, then simmer for 30 minutes.
