    dried sugar beans
  • 500
    g
    dried corn kernels (samp)
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • water to cover
 

Method

 
Bring water to the boil, add all ingredients and enough water to cover completely (about four litres). Cook until very soft, about three hours.
