Rooibos cooler

Ingredients

  • 500
    ml
    hot rooibos tea
  • 1
    cinnamon stick
  • 2
    whole cloves
  • 1
    whole star anise pinch nutmeg
  • 2
    Litres
    orange juice
 

Method

 
Boil the tea, cinnamon, cloves, anise and nutmeg together for 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve. Add the orange juice and leave to cool. Serve chilled with ice, a cinnamon stick or a slice of orange.
