500.00 g courgettes
250.00 g carrots
0.00 onion
0.00 pepper — red and yellow
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
500.00 ml cheese sauce — ready-made
0.00 pasta sauce — ready-made
0.00 pasta — lasagne sheets

Method:

1 Slice all the vegetables into chunks, toss them in the
olive oil, season to taste and roast in a preheated oven for
30 minutes.
2 Pour a quarter of the cheese sauce into an ovenproof
dish. Cover with lasagne sheets.
3 Mix the vegetables with the pasta sauce. Layer half the
vegetables over the lasagne sheets, then cover with more
cheese sauce and another layer of lasagne sheets.
4 Top with the remaining vegetables
