Ingredients

  • 500
    g
    ricotta cheese
  • 2
    eggs
  • 125
    ml
    Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

Preheat the oven160°C.

Crumble the ricotta cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat in the eggs and mix in along with the Parmesan cheese and salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Grease a muffin pan and spoon the ricotta mixture into the hollows of the muffin pan. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
