Ingredients (5)

400.00 ml mango — pureed
1.00 lemon juice
397.00 g condensed milk
2.00 eggs — large, yolk only
250.00 ml nestlé dessert cream

Method:

Place mango puré;e in a bowl and mix in the lemon juice.
Beat the egg yolks until thick and creamy.
Fold in the condensed milk and cream, then fold this mixture into the mango puré;e.
Pour into a 1 litre mould and freeze until set.
Makes 1 litre.
