Raisin spread

  • 125
    ml
    seedless raisins
  • 125
    ml
    brandy
  • 100
    g
    soft margarine
 

Method

 
Boil the raisins and brandy together until the raisins are soft and plump. Process in a food processor. Add the softened margarine and mix well. Chill till needed. Serve with crumpets (see recipe). Makes about 200 ml spread.
