Quick pie

Ingredients

  • 750
    g
    haddock (OR 250 g fresh button mushrooms), gently fried OR 1 large can asparagus OR 1-2 packets ham,
  • 500
    ml
    milk
  • 200
    g
    Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 30
    ml
    cake flour
  • 4
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 5
    ml
    mustard powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste
 

Method

+/- 45 min
 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Grease an ovenproof dish with margarine. Cook the haddock in the milk. Drain, reserve the milk and flake the haddock. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into the prepared dish. Bake for about 45 minutes or till the pie mixture has set and is cooked through. Serves 4-6.
