Ingredients (9)

300.00 g pork fillets
soy sauce
2.00 apples — quartered
4.00 bacon — strips, halved
2.00 sausages — frankfurters
16.00 prunes — stoned
ginger — ground
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Slice the pork fillets into 8 fairly large cubes and marinate in the soy sauce.
Wrap each piece of apple in a piece of bacon.
Divide all the ingredients between 4 sosatie skewers so that each skewer has 2 pieces of pork fillet, 2 pieces of apple, 2 pieces of frankfurter and 4 prunes.
Season lightly with ginger, salt and pepper and grill until the meat is done.
If you don’t have a grill, fry the kebabs in a pan.
Serve with rice and a green salad.
