  • 1
    onion
  • 550
    g
    lamb, cubed
  • 30
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 1
    lemon, juice
  • 4
    bay leaves, broken into pieces
  • 5
    ml
    ground cinnamon
 

Method

 
Chop the onion finely and mix with the meat cubes and remaining ingredients. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or preferably overnight. Thread the meat cubes onto metal kebab skewers and grill over the coals until crisp on the outside but still juicy inside. Makes 6 kebabs.
