    g
    white sugar
  • 500
    ml
    water
  • 1
    pineapple, finely grated
  • 250
    ml
    granadilla pulp
  • 500
    ml
    cold, strong tea
  • 125
    ml
    ginger brandy (optional)
  • 1
    Litres
    ginger ale
 

Method

 
Boil the white sugar and water. Allow to cool. Add the remaining ingredients except the ginger ale, and place in the refrigerator to cool completely. Add the ginger ale and ice-cubes just before serving. Makes about 3 litres punch.
