    ground cinnamon

    egg
  • 60
    ml
    milk
  • oil for frying
  • To serve
  • 30
    ml
    cinnamon
  • 125
    ml
    sugar
 

Method

 
Mix the pumpkin and dry ingredients.
Mix the egg and milk and stir into the pumpkin.
Heat sufficient oil to shallow-fry the fritters on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Keep warm.
Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over fritters before serving.
