Pork with pineapple

    pork chops
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 410
    g
    crushed pineapple
  • 250
    ml
    white wine
  • 30
    ml
    honey
  • 25
    ml
    prepared mustard
  • 25
    ml
    Cornflour
 

Method

1 hr
 
Preheat the oven to 160ºC (325ºF). Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Season the chops with salt and pepper to taste and fry in a little oil in a pan until brown on both sides. Arrange in the prepared ovenproof dish. Blend the remaining ingredients and pour over the chops in the oven dish. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 1 hour or until the chops are tender. Serve with a salad. Serves 4-6.
