Pork with pasta

    pork schnitzels, cut into 5 mm strips

    cooking oil or olive oil
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1
    sweet pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1
    baby marrow, sliced
  • 100

    green beans
  • 2
    ml
    dried or chopped fresh origanum
  • 2

    salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

    sugar
  • 125
    ml
    dry white wine, slightly heated

    tomato paste
  • 250

    pasta, cooked
 

Method

+/- 20 min
 
Brown meat in heated cooking or olive oil in a heavy-based saucepan. Add garlic, sweet pepper, baby marrow, and green beans and fry for 2 minutes. Add seasonings, sugar, wine and tomato paste and mix thoroughly. Add to pasta and toss lightly. Serves 4.
