Pork neck stir-fry

    pork neck, cut in pieces
  • 1
    red cabbage, chopped
  • 500
    g
    quince, peeled and sliced
  • 2
    cup
    port
  • Salt to taste
 

Method

45 mins
 
Brown the pork, frying the cabbage at the same time.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer till the quince is soft.
