Pitas with smoked chicken and yoghurt dressing

  • butter
  • 4
    pitas, halved, but not sliced through all the way
  • 100
    g
    smoked chicken, thinly sliced'
  • 20
    seedless grapes, quartered (optional)
  • 15
    ml
    fresh (or 5 ml (1 t) dried dill)
  • 50
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Lightly butter the pitas on the inside. Fill with chicken and grapes. Mix the dill and yoghurt. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Pour the dressing over the chicken. Makes 4 pitas.
