    vanieljegeursel

    ml
    room

    pistasieneute, gekap

    1 granaat, pitte uitgeskraap
 

Method

Maak: 2 liter
Klits die suiker, eiergele en vanieljegeursel saam tot dik en lig van kleur.
Klits die room styf. Was die klitser deeglik en klits die eierwitte tot dit stywe punte vorm. Gebruik 'n groot metaallepel om die eierwitte by die geklopte room in te vou, en vou dan die roommengsel by die geklitste suiker-en-eiergeelmengsel in.
Vou die pistasieneute en die granaatpitte in en skraap die mengsel in 'n houer uit wat gevries kan word. Sit die semifreddo in die vrieskas tot bevrore.
