2.00 kg	sugar
20.00 ml	Tartaric acid
750.00 ml	orange juice — concentrae
30.00 ml	pineapple essence
30.00 ml	lemon essence

Method:

Mix the water and sugar in a large saucepan.
Heat slowly while stirring continuously till the sugar has dissolved. Do not bring the mixture to the boil. Add the tartaric acid and stir well.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into clean bottles and use as needed.
Serve with cold water and ice cubes.
Makes about 5 litres.
