  • 20
    ml
    white rum
  • 20
    ml
    pineapple juice
  • 20
    ml
    coconut nilk
 

Method

 
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into a tall glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
For a frozen pina colada, place ingredients in a blender and blend with the ice.
Serve topped with whipped cream.
