Penne with piquant tuna sauce

  • 250
    g
    penne
  • salt and coarsely ground black pepper
  • 400
    g
    pasta sauce with chilli
  • 200
    g
    tuna chunks in oil, drained and flaked
  • 45
    ml
    coarsely chopped fresh parsley
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • black pepper
 

Method

 
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet until just done. Drain and season. Heat the pasta sauce, tuna and parsley, pour over the hot pasta and mix. Divide between 4 pasta bowls, season generously with Parmesan cheese and black pepper and serve immediately. Makes 4 fairly small portions.
