Pecan nut and chocolate splinter squares

    pecan nuts, chopped
  • 200
    ml
    chocolate splinters
  • 125
    ml
    coconut
  • 397
    g
    condensed milk
  • 125
    g
    butter, melted
  • 125
    ml
    biscuit crumbs (any biscuits of your choice will do)
 

Method

Oven temperature: 180°C
1. Preheat the oven. Grease a 22 x 22cm baking tray.

2. Pour the cooled, melted butter into the baking tray. Sprinkle the biscuit crumbs over the layer of melted butter, followed by the chocolate splinters, coconut, pecan nuts and lastly the condensed milk. Do not stir.

3. Bake for about 30 minutes and leave aside to cool before cutting into squares.
