Ingredients

 
  • 4
    pears, peeled and cored
  • 45
    ml
    honey
  • 250
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 8
    ice cubes
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients except the garnish in a food processor and blend until the ice cubes are crushed. Pour into glasses, drizzle with extra honey and serve immediately.

Carving meat
