Peanut-butter pie

    packet chocolate digestive biscuits
  • 60
    g
    butter
  • 250
    g
    smooth cream cheese
  • 180
    ml
    golden syrup
  • 400
    ml
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 250
    ml
    whipped cream
  • 100
    g
    dark chocolate
 

Method

 
BASE
Mix together the biscuits and butter. Press into a 22cm pie dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

FILLING
Mix together the cream cheese and syrup, then stir in the peanut butter. Fold in the whipped cream and spoon into the crust.
Drizzle with the melted chocolate and chill for four to six hours until set.
