    big, juicy peaches
  • 500
    ml
    water
  • 190
    ml
    sugar
  • 1
    vanilla pods, split in half
  • thick cream, to serve
  • honey, to drizzle
 

Method

 
Places peaches, water, sugar and pieces of vanilla pod into a saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until soft. Drain peaches and drizzle with honey. Eat with lashings of luxurious thick cream.
