Ingredients (11)

500.00 g pasta — shell
20.00 ml oil
10.00 ml salt
4.00 tomatoes — chopped
0.00 fresh basil — handful, thinly sliced
200.00 g olives — black, pitted and sliced
250.00 g cheese — cubed
60.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 ml salt
1.00 ml black pepper — freshly ground
0.00 fresh basil — to garnish

Method:

Cook the pasta until al dente in boiling water to which the oil and salt have been added.
Meanwhile combine the tomatoes, basil, olives, cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and rinse under hot water.
Return the pasta to the saucepan and place over low heat.
Add the tomato mixture and stir until the cheese just begins to melt.
Serve immediately and garnish with whole basil leaves.
