Pasta with creamy fish

    flaked fish from the basic recipe
  • 500
    g
    tagliatelle or other pasta
  • 200
    ml
    cream
  • 2
    Tbs
    chopped fennel fronds
  • sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

Cook pasta according to packet instructions, drain, return to the pot and toss with the cream.

Place the pot over a low heat and add the fish and fennel fronds, tossing well. Season to taste and serve.
