Ingredients

  • 1 small camembert per person
  • sprigs of tosemary
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt/pepper
  • pasta
 

Method

10 - 15 mins
 
Take a knife with a very sharp point and cut a disk out of the Camemberts. Put a few sprigs of rosemary and thin strips of garlic into the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and season well. Pop in a moderate oven for about 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is all runny and gooey. Place some freshly cooked pasta on each guest's plate and serve these little rounds of utter decadence.
