Pasta salad with prosciutto

500.00 g pasta — ribbon
0.00 fresh chillies — 573
100.00 g prosciutto — diced
100.00 g chorizo sausage — sliced
0.00 vinegar — balsamic
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper
100.00 g olives — black and green
0.00 fresh basil

Method:

Cook the pasta in salted water until just done. Drain and stir in a little olive oil.
Heat 15 ml oil in a pan and stir-fry the prosciutto and chorizo until hot.
Add to the pasta.
Sprinkle a few drops of balsamic vinegar over the pasta.
Season with freshly ground salt and black pepper and add the olives and a few shredded basil leaves.
Serve immediately.
