Papaya and parma ham toasts

Serving Change
  • ciabatta (Italian bread)
  • fresh ricotta cheese
  • papaya
  • Parma ham
  • milled pepper
  • olive oil for drizzling
  • wedge of lime or lemon


Slice ciabatta and toast.
Spread thickly with ricotta cheese.
Top with a slice of ripe, peeled papaya and drape with a slice of Parma ham.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with milled pepper.
Great for brunch or as a pre-lunch snack.
