Ingredients (18)

60.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
2.00 onion — finely chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
250.00 g chicken breast fillets — cut into strips
200.00 g crushed wheat — cooked
1.50 Litres stock — chicken
5.00 ml turmeric
5.00 ml fish spice
2.00 ml dried thyme
65.00 g tomato paste
250.00 g mixed vegetables — frozen
1.00 red pepper — sliced into strips
1.00 green pepper — cut into strips
150.00 g salami — slices, quartered
1.00 kg mixed seafood
10.00 ml salt and lemon pepper — to taste
1.00 lemon lemon — zest and juice
60.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped

Method:

Heat the olive oil in a paella pan or large
frying pan and fry the onions and garlic
for 3 minutes.

Add the chicken and fry
for another few minutes. Add the half-
cooked wheat, stock, turmeric, spice,
thyme and tomato paste, stirring well.

Bring to the boil and simmer for about
10 minutes. Add the vegetables, pep-
pers and salami and simmer for another
8 minutes. Add the marinara mixture
and simmer for another 8 minutes or
until done and the liquid has been
absorbed.

Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and scatter
lemon rind and parsley on top.
