Ingredients

    White fish steaks or fillets
  • 3
    Spring onions, finely chopped
  • 15
    ml
    Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2
    Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 75
    ml
    Sunflower oil
  • 30
    ml
    Coriander, chopped (optional)
  • 40
    ml
    White rice vinegar
 

Method

Place the fish in a shallow dish and season. Combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the fish and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Then place the fish on a greased baking sheet and top with the leftover marinade. Place under a hot grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the fish flakes easily. Serve hot with noodles and stir-fried vegetables.
