Orange dessert

    ml
    gelatine
  • 250
    ml
    boiling water
  • 100
    g
    sugar
  • 250
    ml
    orange juice
  • grated rind of half an orange
  • 250
    ml
    low-fat milk
  • orange slices and mint leaves for decoration
 

Method

 
Soak the gelatine in 30 ml cold water until spongy. Add the boiling water and stir until the gelatine has completely dissolved. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the juice and rind, blend and cool. Add the milk but do not stir. Pour into tall dessert glasses and place in the fridge to set. Decorate with orange slices and mint leaves. Serves 4.
